Northwest Physical Therapy and Advanced Manual Therapy Services
Northwest Physcial Therapy offers comprehensive therapy services through various customized programs. Services are both on the main hospital campus and at the Northwest Outpatient Medical Center by licensed physical therapists. Physician referral is required for most programs.
