Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the total charges of your care and treatment that you receive at Northwest Hospital. In most cases we will accept your assignment of insurance benefits and will send your hospital bill directly to the insurance company. We recommend that you contact the insurance company directly if you have not received an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company within 60 days of receiving a copy of your hospital bill, as the EOB will identify covered services, insurance payment, and any remaining patient responsibility.
